Artificial Intelligence to Support Well-Being at Work
"Because great ideas deserve great engines"

AI and data
Less personal data. More understanding.
MID combines anonymous employee signals and looks for changes, recurring patterns and issues that might otherwise remain silent. AI is not there to profile an employee for the employer, but to help make sense of the whole. Employees gain personal value from their own app. The organization learns what is happening in everyday work – not who said it.
Privacy
We don’t track people. We track patterns.
MID is not Hercule Poirot. We do not try to determine who gave a poor rating, who wrote critical feedback or who is struggling. If something within the organization repeats, changes or starts moving in the wrong direction, we want to make it visible – not the person behind it.
Honest insight
If employees fear being identified, you are measuring fear too.
Removing a name from beside an answer does not build trust on its own. MID does not give employers tools for employee profiling or drilling down into small groups. That means slightly less control for the employer – but more room for employees to say what they really think.
Responsibility
Manchester. Customer service. Male. 37. Aha, Mr Smith.
An anonymous answer is not very anonymous if background details reveal who gave it. That is why MID does not display small groups or combinations that could identify an employee. Instead, it shows changes, recurring themes and weak signals at the organizational level.
What does MID look like in everyday work?
Daily Pulse
Two minutes, four indicators, no pressure. Employees pause when it suits them and immediately receive an analysis of what everyday life looks like right now. No form, no reminder, no ‘reply by Friday’.
eNPS & Engagement once a month
Once a month, it is time to look at the bigger picture: would you recommend your workplace, and do you still feel inspired? A light moment for employees, an anonymous trend for the organization – not individual answers, but direction.
AI chat built for employees
A place to unpack thoughts when they arise – not when someone asks. No form, no waiting. Immediate support, even at 11:17 p.m. Because the chat is anonymous, it also reveals weak signals: what keeps recurring at work and what is left unsaid in meetings. The organization sees the direction – never an individual conversation.
AI Mentor when writing is not enough
Sometimes a thought is easier to say than to write. That is why MID listens. Employees can talk about their situation and receive personal support immediately – no queue, no appointment, no ‘we will call you back next week’.
HR tests that go beyond scores
A new theme every month – from burnout and flow to other working-life phenomena. Five test categories examine the same theme from different angles, with room to respond in your own words. Employees receive a personal analysis; the organization receives an anonymized overview.
Coaching for managers
Managers are not left alone with the dashboard. They can ask AI what the findings might mean, what deserves further investigation and what the next sensible step could be. No ‘here is the data, good luck’.
You said it → we acted
Feedback is not meant for an archive. When it leads to action, the action is published back to employees – and they can say whether it hit the mark. 👍 or 👎. No middlemen, no sugar-coating.
We act → what do you think?
Management can publish an initiative under its own name and ask directly: are we moving in the right direction? Employees respond quickly – without a three-week comment round. Initiatives and proposals receive feedback before everything is set in stone.
Many ways to participate. One complete picture.
One person answers the pulse in the lift. Another writes in the chat over an evening snack. A third takes a test on Sunday evening. A fourth gives feedback after a meeting. A fifth talks to the Mentor because writing feels like too much. MID combines these anonymous signals every day into one continuously updated picture.
