Terms of Use – MID Wellbeing Employer Platform

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Welcome to the MID Wellbeing Employer Platform ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The Platform is designed to help organizations monitor and improve workplace wellbeing through anonymous, aggregated insights and AI-supported features.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Platform

The Platform may only be used by organizations and their authorized users in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its operation, security or availability; upload harmful, abusive, illegal or malicious content; or misuse or disrupt AI-powered features.

The Platform is intended solely for legitimate workplace wellbeing purposes.

2. Organization Accounts

Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrator login credentials and for activities performed through their accounts.

Organizations may terminate their subscription or request account deletion in accordance with applicable agreements and policies.

3. Organization Content

Organizations retain ownership of the information they provide through the Platform.

Organizations grant MID Consulting a limited right to process that information solely to provide the Platform, AI-powered features, aggregated workplace wellbeing insights, customer support and related services.

Organizations are responsible for the information they submit.

4. AI-Powered Features

The Platform includes AI features that may generate summaries, analyses, recommendations, reports and other supportive content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Organizations should exercise their own judgment and not rely solely on it for important business, legal, financial or employment decisions.

5. Workplace Wellbeing Disclaimer

The Platform supports workplace wellbeing and organizational development. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

AI-generated insights, reports and recommendations are supportive information and do not replace professional advice where required.

6. Anonymous Workplace Insights

The Platform provides organizations with anonymous and aggregated workplace wellbeing insights and is designed so employers cannot identify individual employees from reports, analyses or dashboards.

Personal employee messages, reflections, voice interactions and individual wellbeing responses are not shared with employers.

7. Availability of the Service

We strive to keep the Platform available and functioning properly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Features, services or content may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

Organizations are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and complying with applicable subscription terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MID Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Organizations are responsible for decisions based on information, analyses or AI-generated content provided by the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, misuse occurs, or this is necessary to protect the security, integrity or operation of the Platform.

Organizations may discontinue use in accordance with their subscription terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be available through the Platform or relevant legal pages.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
